I'm using Strawberry Perl (http://strawberryperl.com/) and have just tried perl .\tidy_midi.pl LottiAminAgnus-midi.ly > LottiAminAgnus.out2.ly Comparing the result with the original LottiAminAgnus.out.ly shows no differences except for line endings.
