It seems that the lilypond script fails in the step where it makes
a LaTeX wrapper file based on the information you provide in your
\header{...}Try to comment out the different header fields and see if it's any of them that causes the problem. The error message relates to the inputencoding field, but it seems that you don't have any such field in your file.
