You could just use a markup at the start, rather than the title mechanism.
For example:
\markup {
\column {
\fill-line { "Sevcik School of Violin Technics" }
\fill-line { "Opus 1, Book 2" }
\fill-line { "Exercises in the 2nd to 7th Positions" }
}
}
Is that what you are after?
