Yes, this great feature was introduced sometime in the 2.19 cycle. See http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.19/Documentation/notation/text-markup-list-commands As far as I know, you can't use it in an actual \header block if that's what you're meaning to do (\header blocks don't seem to allow \markuplist commands, but I did manage to hack a way to do it. Perhaps someone will chime in with something I'm overlooking!)
