Many new options and improvements. Those must especially be noted:
- protrusion;
- ability to pass the fonts of the document to LilyPond, to harmonize
the scores with the rest of the document;
- a full manual;
- lyluatex now accepts all relevant options of lilypond-book;
- ability to include "fullpage" scores.
