\textLengthOn Makes lilypond format relative to the length of the textual annotations instead of the notes. However it does this by inserting a huge gap between the note with the annotation and the next note. Is there a command that does the same thing relative to the bar lines. e.g. formats notes normally and moves the gap to the end of the bar?
