This code write some fingering on "b" pitch.
\version "2.19.82"
{b4\finger\markup {2 \circle 3 2} \prall}
.. and here it is the result:

This is ok except the fact that the elements 2 (3) 2 are written not enough
close each other.
How can I make them more close like in the following example?
\version "2.19.82"
{b4-232 \prall}
.. and here it is the result:

P.S. On the accordion notation, a number inside a circle indicates a note
to be played on the 4 or 5 row of the keyboard.
