It has nothing to do with TabStaff, etc
I commented here:

It's more the StaffBracket is not taken into account while cutting
off.

Workaround posted at the issue.
At least for included "lilypond-book-preamble.ly"

It works when including lilypond-book-preamble.ly. So it should work
also with LyLuaTex.
The workaround doesn't work when using -dpreview.
