You have two problems:
1. lilypond-invoke-editor doesn't open the correct position because
you did not set the correct vim command in your .bashrc, that is:
export LYEDITOR="vim '+call cursor(%(line)s, %(column)s)'"
I forgot %(file)s:
export LYEDITOR="vim '+call cursor(%(line)s, %(column)s)' %(file)s"
and also the problem of not reopening the same file in a new process.
Some editors have an option to keep one process (e.g. gedit uses
--wait); emacs has server mode. I can't find anything working for vim.
You'll have to play with vim options until you find the way to not open
a new vim instance for every single click in the PDF.
