Hello,
There is a bug in Frescobaldi 3.0.1 on Windows that makes running the
convert.ly not work!

3. THEN I try to use frecobaldi v3.0.1 to do convert-ly and it is not
working.
I select "tools" -> "updates with convert-ly..."
it did nothing. I then hit Run Again" and nothing happened.
