What versions of Frescobaldi and LilyPond do you use? I'm asking because there have been changes in how Frescobaldi generates the command to invoke LilyPond (actually because of another, more annoying issue with a Ghostscript version mismatch).
You are using a downloaded LilyPond I assume? What is the exact invocation as specified in the Frescobaldi Preferences dialog? Urs 25.
