#1. In this part of the Notation Reference manual, there's apparently a
subsection called "Microtonal notation" but it appears to be completely
empty. Why is that?

#2. The Notation Reference manual says that LilyPond makes it possible to
notate music in such a way that the microtonal adjustments show up in the
MIDI output as pitch-bend messages. Where can I find some details about this
specific kind of notation?
