Hmm. LilyPond doesn't contain any fontconfig rules to ever use
Gonville as a replacement for Emmentaler, AFAICS. I guess it was
probably a sheer coincidence with fontconfig (since this library
*always* tries to find a suitable replacement font).
Masamichi-san, can you confirm my observation?
For further investigation it would be nice if you, Thomas, could
construct a repeatable situation where your problem occurs.
