We haven't gone through the whole announcement thing for 2.20/2.21 since our website was in disarray at that time. While the download sizes still haven't made it through the website scripts successfully (though they are partly working for the online HTML docs), we probably should put out a belated announcement pointing out what recently appeared. -- David Kastrup
