Changing the text of a TimeSignature

Hello,

Is there a way to change displayed text in the TimeSignature's fraction,
without changing the effective value?

for example, if I have

{ \time 3/4 c' c' c' }

I would like to display "Foo / Bar" instead of "3 / 4", while preserving
the inner 3/4 structure.
