music symbols in LibreOffice

I an writing text in LibreOffice about metronome-markings. So, I have 
for instance to replace "...quarternote=60..." by "...<musical 
symbol>=60...", etc.

Can I use the Lilypond extension in LibreOffice to achieve such purposes?
