To articulate arpeggios into consecutive notes you could use as a basis the
code from Thomas Morley in this thread:
https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user/2020-12/msg00052.html

The goal was to do that for the MIDI but in your case you could use it to
print out these chords.
