When I run this at the command line in Windows 10:
lilypond -dshow-available-fonts
...I get a slew of fonts. What are you doing that shows that LilyPond
is not finding fonts? Do you have a small example input file that
would display the problem? I'm no Windows font expert so I don't know
how much I can help you, but that's a start.
