AccidentalCautionary

Is there a way to place AccidentalCautionary a fixed distance above the
staff instead of a fixed distance above the note, which I did like this?

    \override Staff.AccidentalCautionary.font-size = #-2
    \override Staff.AccidentalCautionary.parenthesized = ##f
    \override AccidentalCautionary #'extra-offset =  #'(1.5 . 4.)
