Try playing with the following settings:
\override Glissando #'style = #'zigzag \override Glissando #'thickness = 3
Still trying to make them show back up, but I'm not sure where to put these two lines. Below is where I am at the moment.
Missing glissando are at measures 1, 11/12, and 26.
As is explained in "Layout tunings within contexts" in the manual, the \override commands above will apply to the remainder of the current Voice context, so your example below is perfectly fine.
