I have run into a LilyPond issue [1] where the accidental spacing is wrong when there is a tie to the next measure. This is my tiny example (and there's a good one in the issue, too):

s2. gis4~ | <gis, dis' gis bis>2
}

My question: is there a work-around? I've tried everything I can
think of to move the accidentals closer to the chord, but without
success.
