This works. I tried copy-pasting the Kefa font into the same location this font ends up in*), but it did not work. So somehow is Lilypond not able to see this font. One should make sure to download from the GNU site, as there are a lot of modified versions out there. https://www.gnu.org/software/freefont/ *) /Library/Fonts/ as opposed to the original location in /System/Library/Fonts/
