Accent on single note of chord?

Hello,

Has anyone  come across notation where  only a single note  in the chord
has an accent?

I had  hoped that it  might just work by  placing the accent  within the
chord, but alas it did not:

    <g-1 b-2 e-5>4 <g b e> <g-1 c-3-> e-5>
}
