I have run into something in LilyPond that's annoying -- it probably doesn't rise to the level of bug. When you have two notes in different octaves but "on the same level" because of an ottava, the accidental is repeated. This makes sense logically because they are not the same note, but it doesn't look right to me, at least. Maybe it's the intended behavior?
