Install jedit (www.jedit.org), start it, go to Plugins > Plugin Manager>, and select |LilyTool| from the <Install> tab.

That will install everything that is necessary. This way you get the 0.2.7 version (the same you can download from the lily4jedit site). But there is a newer development version on the lily4jedit site (0.2.8-3), that may contain less bugs. You can download that after you installed LilyTool via the plugin manager, and unzip lily4jedit-0.2.8-3.zip to the 'jars' folder of jedit.
