Like usual with mailing lists, looking at the full headers of every single mail gives you information like List-Unsubscribe: <https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/options/lilypond-user>, <mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe> List-Archive: <https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/lilypond-user> List-Post: <mailto:[email protected]> List-Help: <mailto:[email protected]?subject=help> List-Subscribe: <https://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lilypond-user>, <mailto:[email protected]?subject=subscribe> Some mail clients may, for that reason, even have a dedicated "Unsubscribe" button.
