I lifted the notation from this section of the documentation:
https://lilypond.org/doc/v2.24/Documentation/notation/long-repeats#al_002dfine-repeats
... and added a few notes, changed the "volta" to "segno", and added the
bar numbers.
In the future, post what you've tried at least so we know what
you're looking for.
