The Frederick Chopin Institute edition has a prall. Yet this does not coincide with the fingering (343) in both instances. My guess is that it is a Schneller. Barry Cooper in his edition of the Beethoven Op. 13 makes the case and refers to Newman (Beethoven on Beethoven) p. 213.
