Thanks, Martin. I'll look into your suggestions. I can use Lilypond on laptop and desktop devices. I mainly looked into using Lilypond on an Android because I have a simple e-ink tablet (Boox Tab Ultra C Pro) to read music and books on. I wanted to see if I could expand the device's functionality as a mini-laptop to draft small snippets of music. While installing Lilypond on an Android wasn't a problem, using it appears more challenging.
Would you share a more detailed description of your Android setup and workflow for compiling and viewing Lilypond files? It may be of interest to other users who are considering expanding the use of Lilypond beyond Apple and Windows platforms.
