Can't download Frescobaldi

Hi everyone! 
(Haven't posted in *years*, hope everyone's doing great) 
Anyway, I happily run LilyPond on the Linux command line myself, but I'm trying 
to help my friend set up LilyPond on her Windows laptop.
I was planning to install Frescobaldi for her, but I'm getting a 404 error when 
I try to load their download page:
https://www.frescobaldi.org/download
How to proceed?
