While the search for this property is a bit cumbersome but doable
(thanks, Carl, for the guide!), there actually exists a snippet in the
documentation that demonstrates what you need, namely

  Let TabStaff print the topmost string at bottom

However, this snippet is not in the Notation Reference but in the
'Snippets' document:
