Three issues:
* Please reformat the snippet in the Wiki so that overlong lines are
avoided in the Scheme code (ideally, lines should have a length of
about 70 characters).
* Is it possible to extend the code so that the big time signatures
have an increased horizontal width that can be controlled by the
user?
* I would also like to see support for big time signatures that don't
span the whole staff group vertically, as described in this article.
