As I am not a mac user, I cannot be useful for this. However, there is a very friendly mailing list for emacspeak users. Below is a link to a page where you can find two ways to subscribe.
https://emacspeak.net/VCCS-archive/subscribe.html Once you have been admitted to the list, you can ask about correctly installing emacs and emacspeak on mac. I am a linux user, and the equivalent screenreader to voiceover is called orca. Once emacspeak is properly installed, I find it useful to temporarily turn off orca. This will probably be the same for you and voiceover. Emacspeak will give you all the information you need. As for LilyPond itself, you can certainly ask those questions here, and you are also welcome to write to me off-list. To the larger LP community, what would be the process of getting the LP manuals translated into Korean?
