This is important, since there is no infrastructure to translate comments living in the code if this snippet joins the official documentation. The only parts that will appear in Snippets, say in French for example, are the title which is placed in the "doctitle" field and the explanatory text incorporated in the "texidoc" field (have a look in the Documentation/snippets and Documentation/fr/texidocs folders of the repository).
