IMHOl, Frescobaldi should provide means to show this info by itself
(i.e., you shouldn't have to run some LilyPond code to get that
information). In case it is not doing that, I suggest that you open a
feature request.

I'm more than happy if there are volunteers who provide patches. The
day has only 24 hours, and it seems that it's only me currently who is
actively working on improving the documentation...
