Assuming that I don't have to deal with French (my mastery would be
sufficient to identify where the translations belong), I could offer
that.

The principal problem I see is that Nicolas Sceaux has been an avid
coder mainly active in the pre 2.14 LilyPond era with his own tools.
That means that it is very unlikely this will end up a clean convert-ly
job.
