Hi,
I have used Lilypond for many years on an iMac.
Now I have changed to a Macbook Neo.
At that time I just installed Lilypond and everything went fine.
Now I have tried directly and through Frescobaldi, without success.
In Frescobaldi I get this message:
Frescobaldi uses LilyPond to engrave music, but Lilypond is not installed in
the default locations and it cannot be found in your PATH.
Please install LilyPond or, if you have already installed it, add it in the
Preferences dialog.
And in the LilyPond log:
Could not start /Applications/lilypond/lilypond-2.26.0/bin/lilypond.
Please check path and permissions.
I have tried all three locations were I have found Lilypond binaries:
~/Library/...
me/lilypond/...
Applications/lilypond/...
When I click on the executable itself, I get this message:
zsh: bad CPU type in executable:
/Applications/lilypond/lilypond-2.26.0/bin/lilypond
Does LilyPond not run on A18 Pro CPU, with the Tahoe OS?
