I’m the author and probably only user.
It’s not a package (we don’t have these), just a setup for the "filter"
module that you can copy and adapt to your needs.
It works like lyluatex in that it calls LilyPond “underway”, doesn’t
need a preprocessor or extra run.
Since I only make songbooks (and similar easy stuff), this doesn’t have
features for critical editions and the like. But talk to me if you need
more, I’ll try to help implementing the necessary features.

PS: Since ConTeXt is still rather unknown: it’s an alternative to LaTeX
(i.e. not compatible), developed since the 1990s (made in the
Netherlands, like LilyPond ;) It’s rather monolithic (self-consistent,
no dependencies), there are no document classes (templates etc.), it’s
targeted at users who want to make their own layout, and that’s made
quite easy. Native handling of XML, CSV, JSON, Markdown, SVG and several
other data formats.
