Amend your \layout like:

\layout {
  indent = 0
  ragged-right = ##t
  \context {
    \ChordGridScore
    chordNameExceptions = #jazzChordsAdd
  }
  \context {
    \Score
    chordNameExceptions = #jazzChordsAdd
  }
}

Works for me.
