It is a LaTeX command, you should add it to your .lytex file.
IIRC, lilypond-book adds \betweenLilyPondSystem between each system when it
generates .tex output, and it defines the command as nothing by default. What
Mats suggested is to add LaTeX code to override this with \linebreak.
