Hmm.. from what I've heard that doesn't seem too obvious to me. If the Lilypond output is the same on the two platforms and the Linux Postscript file is "postscript-correct", it seems more to be a problem with postscript-handling on Windows (which is not something which surprises me) If my PS-file works, then why not try to run my .ly file with Lilypond 2.4.5 on Windows and compare at which stages the output differs?
