That is a *very* *very* _*very*_ difficult task to program - if not
impossible.
There's exists a few programs which tries to generate MIDI from sound,
but they work best with monophonic music and I would guess that
especially keyboard (piano?) music would be a problem. I also doubt that
the resulting MIDI can be use directly to generate a playable score.

Even scores generated by playing into a MIDI controller and converting that into notation (which is a much easier task) need a lot of hand work before they're readable. I don't know of software that does what you want at all. With the present lack of a good electronic solution, it would be more economical for you to hire an experienced keyboard player to do the transcription for you, or to learn more keyboard & listening skills yourself.

(Unless you have the money to pay several people several years' wages each, to develop suitable technology and write software for it - but I assume if you had that kind of money you'd already have done so. Plus you'd be waiting years for those songs.) :-)
