I am getting better at putting the code in (is that what you call entering the notation?), and I am getting good results most of the time, however, I have come unstuck today.  I have checked and rechecked what I have put into my notepad file, but the music that is generated doesn't match it.  I am going to attach it, and highlight the bars that are causing problems if someone could have a look at it and tell me what I can do to fix it, I'd be most grateful,

At the point of the bold print, I am getting a g mimum, then a g semibreve, which instead of taking up two beats of the bar is given a whole bar  - it is printed as a semibreve, but not treated as one if that makes sense.  That particular pattern is repeated a few times in the music, and I was having problems with it, and although it seemed right didn't work, so I ditched that, and entered it all again, the other places where the pattern appears are now correct, but this last one isn't, its driving me up the wall.
