Almost. I'm working on it, and I have reached to some point. It's been
made with ANTLR, and can be downloaded from the CVS of LilyPondTool for
jEdit http://sourceforge.net/projects/lily4jedit
However, I don't have time in these months to work on it. If you would
like to contribute, I will help you set up the build environment and
enhance it.
