1) no only on the last page
2) you can change in the header bloc
\header {
tagline = "My beautiful score engraving by Lilypond"
}
3) Headers may be completely removed by setting them to false.
\header {
tagline = ##f %not recommended by respect
composer = ##f
}
> Is there a command to prevent that
> "Music engraving by LilyPond 2.10.0-www.lilypond.org"
> is printed on every page?
