because for some reason your local compile doesn't use the
NCSB font in mf/out/*.otf
When I build LilyPond, I always specify to search for the NCSB
fonts in the Ghostscript directory instead of in
/usr/share/fonts/default/Type1/
which gets rid of these problems.
