I've enriched LSR with an indexed version of the manual, but I

downloadable documentation tar?
http://download.linuxaudio.org/lilypond/binaries/documentation/
lilypond-2.10.12-1.documentation.tar.bz2
It's listed under "download", instead of "docs".
OK, I'm an idiot. But, to my excuse, there are two clearly marked
sections "Linux" and "Other", and after that, the section about the
development version. The documentation is in the "Other" section. I
think that a greenish bar with "Documentation" or "Sources &
Documentation" would help... :)
In any case, *it's online* (I mean, the searchable manual)! Just go
to LSR and try the obvious link. It's a bit crude, but we will refine
the idea.
