Hi!
I'm trying to set the Pièces Froides, Danses de travers by Erik Satie.
I've got part I and II and nearly all is looking good, thanks the
documentation ;).
But I did not find some description to set music completely without time
and bars... I got lilypond to do no bars by setting \cadenzaOn, but the
default time sign C (4/4) appears. How can I clear that?
Second problem: There is a prasing slur, beginning at the first note of
the left hand in the lower staff, going to the end of the upper staff.
Right hand starts with skipping \skip 8*3 (there is not a single
rest...) Any idea, how to start a slur on a "\skip"?
