It seems that nobody has answered your question yet.
I don't know anything about tablature notation, but Google found the
following example

which seems similar to the way LilyPond typesets the chords.

Since LilyPond is free software, implemented on peoples spare time, if you
want some other notation practice, you could try to convince
somebody on the mailing list to implement if for you or you could
try to implement it yourself. In the former case, it helps a lot if you can
provide some links to examples that show what you want the output to
look like.
