I must be blind. I just cannot find how to specify the meter in the
header
correctly neither in the documentation nor in the web. :(
I know about the meter tag in the header section, but if I just type
meter={138}, just the number is printed. But I want to have a
quater note,
folloed by '=' and then the number.
How can I get that output?
